Our Services

What we do - in a nutshell, we support people living with HIV in the Texas Panhandle, and we’ve been doing that since 1987.

Whether you are new to the Texas Panhandle, newly diagnosed, or just need some extra support at this time in your life, our case managers are here for you! They can help you with:

  • Getting HIV medical care and medication

  • Transportation assistance to and from the doctor’s office

  • Oral health care – cleanings, periodontal work, and in some cases, dentures.

  • Mental health care – individual counseling and support group

  • Vision healthcare – eye exams and glasses

  • Food assistance – monthly grocery gift card if eligible

  • Housing and utility assistance (click for info)

  • Assistance with health insurance enrollment and monthly premium payments

  • A cooperative approach to understanding and managing your health
